Band Poster

Idea: For this project, I wanted to add more color into John Mayers concert poster. I wanted to make it pop so it stands out to the directed audience. He is also known for his guitar playing skills so I wanted to make sure I included elements of the guitar.

Materials: I used the text tool and different colors in order to provide pop within the poster. I also used layer masks to cut out certain images, along with the selection tools. 

Processes: I layered the images in order for the poster to flow. I wanted the colors to be different, but look cohesive at the same time. I edited the colors of different objects using the selection tools in an attempt to show my advanced 2D design skill.
